Standard vs Premium Advertisements

Canadian Renters offers both Standard and Premium property advertisements. These two types of residential advertisements vary in both features and pricing.

Standard Advertisements - FREE

Standard advertisements are completely free residential property ads. They are our way of helping landlords keep advertising costs down. Standard advertisements offer the same listing content as our premium advertisements but are a little less competitive and require some additional maintenance.

Standard advertisements have two-week fixed terms. This means that your rental apartment will be listed for two weeks only. You can still renew your standard advertisements although the renewal will also be for two weeks.

Since Standard advertisements are free and can be placed by anyone, there is a 24 hour placement delay for our free Standard advertisement. This delay allows our staff to ensure the quality of content on the Canadian Renters website.

Premium Advertisements

Premium advertisements are paid advertisements aimed at property managers that need proffesional, competitive, hassle-free advertising for their properties. Our prices are extremely competitive and let you list for only penies a day.

Premium residential advertisements get priority listing, meaning that a Premium advertisement will always be listed before a standard advertisement during a property search making them more competitive then our free advertisements.

These rental advertisements also have variable terms allowing property managers to list apartments for up to one-year terms.

Premium advertisements have no listing delays - they are published immediatly after payment. In addition, Premium residential listings show a property image directly on the search map allowing users to get a better view of your property.
